Grounds for Nature

 

Grounds for Nature is an ecologically focused native plant
nursery and landscape design firm managed by Terra DeMedici,
of Berkeley Springs, West Virginia. Terra has been cultivating
her horticultural and landscape design knowledge for over a
decade, during which she studied horticulture at Virginia Tech,
earned a Master of Arts in Landscape Design (M.A.L.D.) from the
Conway School of Landscape Design, and worked at various botanical
gardens, nurseries, landscaping firms, and environmental education
centers. She enjoys combining her horticulture, landscape design,
and naturalist backgrounds to create landscapes that provide beauty
to the eye and a healing touch to the environment.
